By downloading, accessing, or using the app (referred to as "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. The app provides tools for creating and managing employee data and generating schedules. All data entered into the app is stored locally on your device. The app does not store or transmit your data to our servers. You are responsible for managing, securing, and maintaining any data you create or use within the app.
By using the Service, you agree to:
Ensure the accuracy and legality of any data you input into the app, including employee data. Use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Be fully responsible for managing, sharing, and posting any data generated by the app.
The app allows you to share or post data, such as employee schedules, via external services. The following terms apply:
Optional Encryption: The app provides an optional encryption mechanism to secure shared data during transmission. You are responsible for providing the public key for the receiving server if you choose to enable encryption.
Unencrypted Data: If you choose not to use encryption, data will be transmitted in plain text, which may be vulnerable to interception or unauthorized access. You assume all risks associated with unencrypted data transmission.
The app does not monitor, store, or control data after it is shared or posted.All rights, title, and interest in the app, including its design, functionality, and content, are owned by Columba Jacobi Corporation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Columba Jacobi Corporation shall not be liable for any loss or damage, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access, or any security breaches resulting from your use of the app. You are solely responsible for securing your device and the data stored within it.
All employee data entered into the app is stored locally on your device in User Defaults. To delete this data:
You can manually edit or remove employee records within the app. Reinstalling the app will delete all locally stored data.
We do not store or retain any data on our servers and therefore cannot retrieve or restore your data.We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA. Any disputes arising from the use of the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Illinois, USA.
